FAQs

What sets your e-mail designs apart from your competitors?
Many designers focus solely on the design of the e-mail, forgetting about e-mail delivery. This happens mostly because very few designers understand the difference between designing a webpage vs. an HTML email. In HTML coding, the designer must understand how to code using tables, compatible CSS mobile queries, etc. that are compatible with 30+ e-mail viewing devices, wheras a webpage designer only has to worry about website compatibility with major browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Chrome). Moreover, because e-mails are delivered over a network, not stagnant like a website, you must optimize your copy-writing as well to avoid having your message thrown in the spam box.

What is your e-mail testing process?

I first test the coding and appearance of the e-mail template in over 10 different smartphones and over 25 e-mail clients using my account at Litmus.com. These e-mail previews are generated as screen-shots of your e-mail as it will look across all major e-mail clients. Last, I test the email campaign against all major spam filters at ISPs and webmail providers, as well as corporate filters.
After the results are generated, I then create results pages that my clients can view. I also provide suggestions if the design or copy fails a spam filter test to ensure a successful e-mail campaign.

What are some of your client success stories?

By choosing me to manage your organization's e-mail marketing, you will see a significant rise in revenue. One client of mine, LuxuryParlor.com, has seen a 21% spike in sales for 2012 due to e-mail marketing alone. Another client of mine from Australia, Highgate Industrial has seen a 17% increase in B-2-B revenue so far in 2013 due to hiring me to implement the ACOR strategy (Attract, Convert, Optimize, & Retain) into their e-mail marketing program.
